Circuit court judgments
Tate County Circuit Court records show the following sentences were among those handed down during the November 2025 Vacation terms of court.
According to court records, the following decisions were handed down in Judge Jimmy McClure’s court:
• Roderick Keshun Wooten, of Senatobia, was sentenced to 128 days in MDOC and 14 years, 237 days post-release supervision after a guilty plea on a charge of fondling. He had four charges of sexual battery remanded to the file. Wooten must pay $3,657.50 in court costs.
According to court records, the following decisions were handed down in Judge Smith Murphey’s court:
• David Lee Cummins, of Crenshaw, was sentenced to three years in MDOC after a guilty plea on a charge of possession of controlled substance – methamphetamine 0.1 gram but less than two grams. He must pay $1,933.30 in court costs.
• David Lee Cummins, of Crenshaw, was sentenced to two years in MDOC and six years post-release supervision to run consecutively with previous sentencing after a guilty plea on a charge of possession of methamphetamine less than two grams with intent to sell. He must pay $1,743.50 in court costs.
• Shaun Davis, of Olive Branch, was sentenced to three years non-adjudication after a guilty plea on a charge of timber larceny less than $250. He must pay $44,546.20 in court costs.
Tate County Circuit Court records show the following sentences were among those handed down during the December 2025 Vacation terms of court.
According to court records, the following decisions were handed down in Judge Jimmy McClure’s court:
• Marchello Munshon Mack, of Sardis, had his probation revoked to serve three years in MDOC and two years post-release supervision on a charge of strong-arm robbery. He must pay $2,169.39 in court costs.
According to court records, the following decisions were handed down in Judge Smith Murphey’s court:
• Alanzo Charles Brittenum, of Memphis, was sentenced to five years non-adjudication after a guilty plea on a charge of shoplifting to run concurrently with previous sentencing. He must pay $564.00 in court costs.
• Alex June Davis, of Coldwater, had his probation revoked to serve 180 days in MDOC Technical Violation Center on a charge of aggravated assault on an elderly person. He must pay $2,631.71 in court costs.
• Terry Wayne Farrow, of Coldwater, was sentenced to five years non-adjudication after a guilty plea on a charge of false pretense. He had a charge of conspiracy remanded to the file. Farrow must pay $1,923.50 in court costs.
• Brandy Lynn Patrick, of Coldwater, was sentenced to 23 days in MDOC and four years, 342 days post-release supervision after a guilty plea on a charge of conspiracy to commit taking of a motor vehicle to run consecutively with previous sentencing. She had a charge of grand larceny remanded to the file. Patrick must pay $1,810.70 in court costs.
• Dustin Michael Robertson, of Coldwater, had his probation revoked to serve 25 days in MDOC and one year, 340 days post-release supervision on a charge of possession of stolen property. He must pay $1,623.50 in court costs.
Some of the final decisions reported here may be the result of plea negotiations. By law, circuit court judges are not involved in plea negotiations. Most sentences are the result of a negotiated agreement between the district attorney and defendant.
