Schools in Tate County have adjusted their schedules ahead of the anticipated rain from Hurricane Delta on track to bring storms to the area over the weekend.
Magnolia Heights will travel to Marshall Academy on Thursday, Oct. 8, instead of Friday. Kickoff at 7 p.m.
The Independence Wildcats will also play on Thursday night at Water Valley High School with a 7 p.m. kickoff.
Senatobia High School is the latest team to move to a Thursday night matchup as they will travel to Holley Springs for a 7 p.m. game time.
Coldwater High School is still under a quarantine due to COVID-19 and will forfeit the game to Ashland.
The Strayhorn Mustangs are on a scheduled bye week and are unaffected by the impending storms.
