A Coldwater man has been arrested in connection with having inappropriate contact with a minor.
Police Chief Rickey Dandridge identified the suspect as Montarrious Keyron Lipford, 20. Lipford was charged with sexual battery Thursday, March 10, and released from the Tate County Jail after posting a $10,000 bond.
Dandridge said the Coldwater Police Department opened an investigation March 3, after receiving complaints of alleged improper behavior between the suspect and a 15-year-old.
A complete review of the case remains under investigation by CPD.
