Senatobia and Coldwater Post Offices will be under new leadership as Randy Dandridge makes the move to Coldwater.
Officially selected November 20, 2021, Dandridge was named Coldwater’s new postmaster. He has served as the Acting-Postmaster in Senatobia since June 2020. The retirement of Mary Newson Oliver opened the position in Coldwater.
Dandridge began his career with USPS in Feb. 2004 as a rural carrier in Coldwater. From there he worked as a carrier in Southaven for 12 years. Dandridge’s journey next took him to Memphis where he worked for the postal inspection service from 2014-2018. Finally in February of 2018, he joined the Senatobia office as a supervisor.
Dandridge officially begins his role in Coldwater on March 10, 2022. He will oversee operations and delivery of not only the Coldwater routes but, also, the communities of Arkabutla and Independence in Tate County.
Dandridge thanks the people of Senatobia and says he won’t be far away.
“I personally want to thank the people of Tate County and Senatobia for supporting me as supervisor of customer service,” said Dandridge. “I can still be of aid to the area, just come up to Coldwater to see me.”
Senatobia’s new postmaster has yet to be announced.
