He had a charge of possession of methamphetamine – 0.1 gram but less than two grams as a habitual offender remanded to the file. Streiber must pay $2,709.70 in court costs.
• Ryan Tyler Thornell, of Walls, was sentenced to two life sentences after a three-day jury trial in which he was found guilty on seven counts of sexual battery of a child under the age of 14 as a habitual offender and acquitted on two counts of the same charge. He must pay $3,515.50 in court costs.
• George Tun, of Coldwater, was sentenced to 230 days in MDOC and 19 years, 135 days post-release supervision after a guilty plea on a charge of aggravated domestic violence. He must pay $3,772.70 in court costs.
According to court records, the following decisions were handed down in Judge Smith Murphey’s court:
• Lauren Estelle Campbell, of Southaven, was sentenced to 64 days in MDOC and 20 years post-release supervision after a guilty plea on a charge of possession of methamphetamine with intent to sell – two to 10 grams as a recidivist. She must pay $1,722.50 in court costs.

• Javion Keshun Webb, of Como, was sentenced to five years in MDOC after a guilty plea on a charge of conspiracy to run consecutively with previous sentencing. He must pay $1,542.70 in court costs.
Some of the final decisions reported here may be the result of plea negotiations. By law, circuit court judges are not involved in plea negotiations. Most sentences are the result of a negotiated agreement between the district attorney and defendant.
