Although her senior year ended two months ago, Senatobia softball standout McKaylee Polk continues to rake in awards as she wraps up her varsity career.
Last week, Polk was named to Scorebook Live’s All-Mississippi Team, earning a first team selection. Polk was recognized for hitting .671 on the season with 10 home runs and 45 RBIs, while also committing just two errors in the field this season, for an impressive .974 fielding percentage.
Additionally, Polk also received Defensive MVP honors for the Red team in the annual NEMSBCA All-Star Game, which was held in Booneville last Wednesday afternoon. Polk joined her teammate Anna Nickens in participating for the Red team, which was coached by Senatobia’s Tammy Young.
