The study, conducted by a group of personal injury experts, analyzed data from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration's Fatality Analysis Reporting System (FARS) over five years from 2018 to 2022.
The data focuses on the rate of monthly crashes per 100,000 people.
The Magnolia State ranked first with 3,202 vehicle accidents or 108.15 per 100,000 people. South Carolina was second with 96.57 followed by Wyoming with 95.68, New Mexico with 91.71 and Arkansas with 91.29.
