Magnolia Heights took on Madison Ridgeland Academy last week in the semi-finals of the MAIS Boys Basketball Playoffs.
While the Chiefs played hard, they faced a long and tall MRA team that has rolled through the playoffs.
MRA went on to win the game 62 to 49.
The Chiefs played Madison St. Joe on Saturday in the consolation game and lost to St. Joe 59 to 37.
The Magnolia Height School Boys will continue their season today at 3:30 p.m. in the MAIS Overall State Tournament to be held at Mississippi College in Clinton.
They Chiefs will play Hillcrest Christian.
A win Wednesday would send the Chiefs to a 7:45 p.m., Friday game with the winner of the Hartfield Academy and West Memphis match set for 6 p.m. tonight.
