The Tate County Fair returns this weekend to provide entertainment for the entire family.
Three days filled with fun and excitement are set for Thursday, June 19 through Saturday, June 21, at the fairgrounds in Senatobia on Norfleet Drive where Chromcraft was previously located.
Carnival rides, face painting, petting zoo, beer garden, live music and a variety of arts and crafts and delicious food are just a few of the attractions at this year’s fair.
Gates will be open from 5 p.m. until 10 p.m. Thursday, 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. on Friday, and noon until 11 p.m. on Saturday.
Organizers have implemented a clear bag policy this year limiting the size and types of bags that may be brought into in fair.
General admission to the fair is $7 and kids five and under get in free. First responders and their families get half-priced entry each day.
Wristbands for carnival rides will be sold inside the fair gates for $20 on Thursday and $25 on Friday and Saturday.
Live entertainment is featured each evening including Crossroads Wrestling on Thursday, music from the Bruce Key Band on Friday and Delta Project on Saturday.
