Gayden arrested in TCSO burglary case

A tip from an eyewitness led to the arrest of an individual in connection with a burglary in eastern Tate County.

Captain Lisa Sanders from the Tate County Sheriff’s Office identified the suspect as Richard Lowell Gayden, 56, of Coldwater. Gayden was charged with burglary and held without bond at the Tate County Jail.

TCSO makes SORNA arrest

A man is in custody after law enforcement said he failed to register as a sex offender.

Investigator Destin Johnson from the Tate County Sheriff’s Office identified the subject as Joseph Edward Justice, 49, of Coldwater. Justice was arrested Tuesday, Jan. 11, and held at the Tate County Jail under a $100,000 bond.
