The Robert L. “Mr. C” Carter, III Endowed Scholarship has been established at Northwest Mississippi Community College by his sister, Mary Ann Monteith, brother and sister-in-law, Benjamin and Melody Carter, family, and friends of the valued longtime Northwest supporter.
