A Tate County man has been taken into custody by law enforcement officials in connection with child pornography charges.
Captain Lisa Sanders from the Tate County Sheriff’s Office identified the man as James Michael Hollinger, 34, of Coldwater. Hollinger was arrested by deputies Tuesday, July 13, and charged with possession of child pornography. He was transported to the Tate County Jail and held under a $100,000 bond.
Sanders said her office received a complaint alleging the suspect was possibly in possession of child porn. Following an in-depth investigation, Sanders said enough evidence was uncovered to charge Hollinger in connection with the case, which remains under investigation by the Tate County Sheriff’s Office.
