Three men were arrested and charged in connection with breaking into a Tate County residence.
Captain Lisa Sanders from the Tate County Sheriff’s Office said deputies were dispatched to the 1200 block of Rifle Range Road on Sunday, April 27, at approximately 8:30 p.m., after a security system alerted them to a possible residential burglary. An investigation of the incident uncovered several firearms had been taken from the home.
A trio of suspects was taken into custody Thursday, April 28. Sanders identified the men as Noah Justice, 21, James Jones, 18, and Liam Waddell, 18, of Southaven. Each was charged with one count of burglary and released under $10,000 bonds issued by Justice Court Judge Trey Manning until appearances for individual preliminary hearings are set.
Sanders said all firearms taken from the residence were recovered and the case remains under investigation by TCSO.
