The Coldwater Optimist Club held their Oratorical Contest on March 13, 2021 by Zoom hosted by Bernice Jackson, Secretary of Coldwater Optimist Club. This year’s theme was Healing the World with Optimism. Ambrielle Macon won first place and participated in the Zone Oratorical Contest on Saturday, March 27, by Zoom.

Cosmopolitan Club holds April meeting

The Cosmopolitan Club met April 2, at the Senatobia Methodist Church Fellowship Hall. Members still donned face masks and chairs were appropriately spaced as reminders of the yearlong COVID-19 pandemic. The club was organized in 1902 and has continued through wars, depressions and other terrible times.
