Judy Black, center, receives congratulations at her retirement reception Thursday, June 30, from former Tate County Sheriff Shelton Ingram and current Sheriff Brad Lance. Black worked for the Tate County Sheriff’s Office for 27 years as D.A.R.E. officer and security officer at the Tate County Courthouse.
