Rita Cheryl Stull, 75, resident of Tate County, went to her heavenly home on October 20, 2025.
She graduated from Independence High School, attended Northwest Mississippi Community College and received nursing degrees from Pensacola Junior College and The University of South Alabama.
Aunt Rita loved her many years of nursing it was her calling and her passion. Her retirement years have been spent continuing to care for others including all five of her siblings. She loved learning and sharing about Jesus, serving with the women’s ministry, teaching children and loving her family and pets. She was a kin keeper, memory holder, storyteller and love giver.
She will be fiercely missed by her two house puppies Pearl and Gypsy, her 10 nieces and nephews; Christy, Byron (Radonna), April (Tom), Rachel (Jason), Jennifer (Mark), Raymond (Renee), Symantha (Randall), Greg, Jason(Kelly), Amy (Eyon) and Laura, 33 great nieces and nephews and 23 great great nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.
She was the daughter of the late Chester and Christine Stull, sister to Ronnie, Clyde, Linda, Robert and Joe, Aunt to Kevin and Joshua all who were waiting to greet her.
Services are Saturday, Nov. 1 at the Grove Church in Coldwater. Visitation is 10 a.m., and the service at 11.
