A Tate County teenager is being charged as an adult in connection with sexual assaulting another juvenile.
District Attorney Jay Hale confirmed Alex Levi Colton Grable, 15, of Senatobia, was arrested Saturday, July 13, by deputies from the Tate County Sheriff’s Office and charged with sexual battery.
The TCSO Investigations Division began reviewing evidence in the case after a complaint was filed in relation to the crime, according to Hale.
The case remains under investigation by TCSO.
