She was a hard worker and cared greatly for all her patients over the years. Taylor was an amazing mom to Harper and loved her family dearly. She will be greatly missed by all that knew and loved her. She is survived by her daughter, Harper Bailey Woods; father, Mike Inglish (Carrie) of Como, MS; brother, Austin Bailey Inglish (Alexis) of Senatobia, MS; stepbrothers, Stephen Moore (Amanda) of Hampton, VA, Andrew Moore of Carnesville, GA, and Matthew Moore (Alexandria) of Stilwell, KS; grandmother, Mary Ann Inglish and Godparents, Leon and Annette Bledsoe. She was preceded in death by her mother, Kim Inglish, and grandfather, crazy Bob Inglish.
There have been so many wanting to help Taylor's family. Lacey Gentry reached out to Kent Hawkins about wanting to start a NWCC Endowment Scholarship in Taylor's memory. Kent shared these words about Taylor, "What an amazing way to forever memorialize such a sweet, wonderful soul. Taylor was a shining light through every step of her education, and is well remembered by all of her previous instructors. She was a fantastic mentor, preceptor, and exuded the passion and light of nursing in every moment of her professional career." After correspondence with Patti Gordon at the NWCC Foundation Office, an endowment scholarship has been created, The Taylor Inglish Woods Memorial Endowment Scholarship in her memory to assist others in their educational journey through nursing school. What better way to remember not only Taylor, but her legacy that she leaves behind.
In order for the scholarship to officially become endowed, there is a minimum amount that must be reached. If anyone would like to donate to her scholarship, you can do so in three ways:
1) Mail a check to NWCC Foundation, NWCC Box 7015, Senatobia, MS 38668. Please note that the donation is for the Taylor Inglish Woods Memorial Scholarship.
2) By calling the Foundation Office at 662-560-1105 to pay by credit/debit card.
3) Online at https://www.northwestms.edu/about/foundation and in the desired scholarship name, enter Taylor Inglish Woods Memorial Scholarship.
Many have asked what they can do for the family. They have an entire medical community behind them through this time. There is no better way to keep her memory and legacy alive than to give others the opportunities that Taylor powered through!
