Area law enforcement agencies provided a Sea of Blue Saturday, Jan. 22, following the funeral of former Coldwater police officer Thomas E. Smith, who passed way earlier in the month at the age of 73. Smith served as an officer, sergeant, and assistant chief from 2009 through 2017.
