We know what sin is, but for the record, sin is acts contrary to God’s will. Long ago, God commands Ezekiel to “speak to the people of Israel and say to them, ‘This is what the Sovereign LORD says: In this also your ancestors blasphemed me by being unfaithful to me” (Ezek. 20:27). God is sovereign and unfaithfulness is blasphemy.
