A shooting that left two people dead remains under investigation by Senatobia Police Department.
Officers responded to a domestic disturbance call Thursday, Feb. 6, at approximately 6 a.m., at a residence on Cowtown Road in west Senatobia.
A report from SPD states a man and woman were found shot and pronounced dead at the scene. One of them died as the result of a self-inflicted gunshot wound, according to the report.
Authorities, who did not release the victims’ names, do not believe anyone else was involved in the shooting.
SPD said it will release more details when they become available.
