Slocum opens with prayer
Seth Slocum, a junior at Magnolia Heights School in Senatobia, provides the opening prayer Wednesday, Sept. 27, before a session of Tate County Chancery Court led by Chancellor Percy Lynchard Jr. Slocum is the son of Ginger Miller and David Slocum.
