Tapp opens court with prayer
Savannah Tapp, left, provided the opening prayer Wednesday, April 10, before a session of Tate County Chancery Court under Chancellor Percy Lynchard. Tapp, the daughter of Shayne and Patty Tapp, is a senior at Magnolia Heights School and plans to attend Northwest Mississippi Community College in the fall.
