Dorothy Elaine Newby, 67, of Byhalia, MS formally of Senatobia, MS died Thursday, October 24, 2024 at Landmark of DeSoto. Funeral services will be held Thursday, November 14, 2024, at West TN Veteran’s Cemetery in Memphis, TN. Rodgers Funeral Home in Coldwater, MS was in charge of arrangements.
