James William “Bill” Starr, 56, of Senatobia, MS passed away at home on Thursday, January 26, 2023 after a brief illness, surrounded by his loving family. Bill grew up in Sledge, MS farming with his family and graduated from North Delta in 1984. Bill then went on to attend The University of Mississippi.
