The Nation's Weather for Sunday, November 20, 2022
_____
NATIONAL SUMMARY
Lake-effect snow, extremely heavy at times, will again be
possible from time to time tomorrow, most likely within
eastern portions of the Great Lakes region. In these
locations, perhaps especially to the southeast of Lake
Ontario, several inches of snow could fall during the day.
Farther south, another disturbance will deliver some rain to
parts of central and southeastern Texas, with rain likely
extending to mainly South Florida as well. Otherwise,
relatively quiet weather is expected across the nation with
a broad area of high pressure making for pleasant
conditions. A warm front will take the edge off some of the
chill in the Plains with high temperatures rising several
degrees. A breezy day is also in store from the central
Plains to the Northeast.
