NATIONAL SUMMARY
A mixed bag of weather will impact the Northeast tomorrow,
including the return of rain, snow showers and breezy
conditions in some western portions of the area. A weak
storm will also push southeastward across the northern
Plains with some snow across North Dakota and mixing with
rain in northern South Dakota and Minnesota. Much of the
South can expect to have dry conditions with any
precipitation being confined to a narrow strip in central
Oklahoma, north-central Texas and central Florida. Some
storms in Florida can become strong with the main threats
consisting of heavy downpours and damaging winds. Meanwhile,
the Northwest can expect steady rain coupled with some
mountain snow and windy conditions along the coast.
