He is survived by his daughters, Becky Woolfolk (Jerrad) of Senatobia, MS and Lisa Walls (Jason) of Oxford, MS; sons, Jeffrey Small, Jr. of Senatobia, MS, Joshua Aaron Small of Senatobia, MS, and Brandon Sherlin of Tennessee; brother, Wade Penley of Tennessee and 9 grandchildren.
