A Panola County man arrested for intentionally misappropriating assets in 2021 has been sentenced in Tate County Circuit Court.
Records show Qyndarius Devonte Gross, 28, of Sardis, was ordered to serve five years in Mississippi Department of Corrections after pleading guilty to one count of embezzlement.
Gross was arrested by Senatobia Police Department in March 2021 following an investigation into his tenure as an employee at Gateway Tire & Service Center in Senatobia, according to reports. He was detained at the Tate County Jail under a $3,500 bond.
Gross was indicted on the embezzlement charge by the Tate County Grand Jury in October 2021.
