Glenda Wilhelm Dickerson, 89, of Looxahoma, MS passed away Friday, January 17, 2025 in San Antonio, TX. She was preceded in death by her husband, Brooks Louis Dickerson; parents, Frank Cecil and Etta Blanche Wilhelm; and sister, Virginia King. She is survived by her sons, Brooks “Louie” Dickerson, Jr. (Barbara) of Odessa, TX and Terry Dickerson (Andrea) of San Antonio, TX; sisters, Irma Baker (Paul) of San Antonio, TX, Faye Garrett (Mike) of Hernando, MS, and Jane Howell (David) of Byhalia, MS; brother, Frank Wilhelm of Crosshill, SC; grandchildren, Brooks L. “Trey” Dickerson, III (Janet), Stormy Dickerson Garcia (Noe), Justin Brooks Dickerson (Kelsey), and Justin Johnson (Tonyha), and great grandchildren, Mary Grace Dickerson, Taylor Haney, Tamlyn Garcia, Rowdy Brooks Dickerson, Hadley Johnson, and Paeten Johnson. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Glenda’s name to Looxahoma Baptist Church, 808 Lyles Rd. Senatobia, MS 38668. A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 1, 2025 in Looxahoma Community Cemetery. Following the graveside, friends and family are invited to gather and celebrate Glenda’s life at Looxahoma Baptist Church. Pate-Jones Funeral Home had charge of the arrangements.
