Gilbert “Gil” Tracy Powers

Gilbert “Gil” Tracy Powers, 87, of Aberdeen, MS formerly of Tate County, MS passed away March 7, 2023 at his residence. Gil was an Army Veteran having served in the Korean War. He is survived by his sons, Wayne Holloway, Tim Chism, and Ronnie Willhite; sister, Nina Dell Crow; 3 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren. Services were held Saturday, March 11, 2023 at Pate-Jones Funeral Home. Burial followed with military honors in Mt. Zion Cemetery.
