Clenton Bennett, 86, of Coldwater, MS formerly of Memphis, TN. died Monday, January 11, 2021 in Southaven, MS. Funeral services were held Saturday, January 16, 2021 at Rodgers Funeral Home in Coldwater, MS. Burial followed in Bluff Road C.O.C. Cemetery in Coldwater, MS. He is survived by his wife, Dorothy Bennett of Coldwater, MS.; six daughters; Diana Turner and Ruby Holloway both of Coldwater, MS. Ruth Million, Gloria Scruggs and Leslie Howard all of Memphis, TN., Christella Straughter of Chicago, IL. and four sons; Tommy Bennett and Edmond Bowdery both of Memphis, TN., Michael Bennett of Tunica, MS. and Donnie Kwies of Kansas. He is also survived by a brother, Richard Bennett of Chicago, IL., 40 grandchildren, 36 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren. Rodgers Funeral Home in Coldwater, MS. was in charge of arrangements.
