The body of a missing Senatobia man was found in rural Tate County early last week, according to officials with the sheriff’s office.

Chief Deputy Victor Byrd said a man was jogging on Bett Road near where it meets Bett-Thyatira Road on Sunday, May 27, and discovered a vehicle in a ditch.

Tate County deputies responded to the scene at approximately 12:30 p.m., and found a man’s body inside the vehicle.
